MetamorphoSIS
By TEOUNCHI

Alyssia didn't believe what trouble she had invited to her life. Quivering with fear, she meticulously observed the unscathed pulchridutinous body of Vyril whom she had hidden in her room for about 17 days, not wanting her to wake up from her sleep. The beatiful girl had been sleeping more often lately. Vyril was never a human and Alyssia knew it from the beginning. Alyssia knew it and she could feel the danger that she would face knowing this. Danger that came from other world that people called it FANTASY.

Part 1 : The Light In The Forest

Winter was never a pleasant season for Alyssia Cornell. She had been mischievously allergic to low temperature since she was a kid. However, her family insisted on staying at their current home which was in a mountaneous area that was remote. They said the allergic would go away as she grew up. To Alyssia's disappointment, that statement was never come true. She was 14 now and the allergy was still there, staying with her like a rat trapper glue.

It was true that the allergy was not threatening her life. However, it made her suffer quite enough as she must bring tissue paper everyday and everywhere because of her nose that more than often became red and produced one kind of liquid.

Despite all of the hard times she had with the allergy, she loved snow. She enjoyed playing with the snow. Sometimes she could go deep in the forest to play with the snow, because the slope there was the most amusing thing to play with and the snow made it slippery enough to slide with a sled. She didn't have any friends. She didn't like any friends. She had no siblings. The trees in the forest was her only friends.

One sunday morning, she woke up early and got into her snow coat and went out to the forest with her sled. Without noticing, she went to far to the forest. Soon enough, she felt a slightly different atmosphere of the forest. As she went deeper, the atmosphere became more and more unfamiliar to her. A slight feeling of fright came into her as she discovered that she lost her way. However, her adventurous will took over her soon enough, pushing her to go forward.

All of a sudden, a horrendous earthquake happened, agitating the whole sylvan area. The girl looked around in panic, looking for something to hold. However, in a minute or two, the earthquake stopped and strage things happened.

First, the snow was rolling to left and some to the right, forming a way straight for their guest. Second, there were lights floating in midair covering the gaps in between the trees like fireflies but more like stars if they were looked more closely. Third, there was one of lights that was dimmed enough to be spotted different than others. It was floating lower than the others, low enough to enable Alyssia to grab it.

Filled with curiousity, Alyssia stretched her right hand and grabbed the light which appeared to be an shining oval shaped egg. “An egg?” she tought

She put the egg inside her snow coat pocket and in a sudden, a very familiar earthquake happened. She remembered falling down to the ground and the rest was blackout.
